As a PADI Staff Instructor, I’ve mastered the art of adult learning principles. I know how to assess individual needs, tailor instruction to diverse learning styles, and create a safe and supportive environment where learners can thrive. This role allowed me to share my passion for continuous learning and empower aspiring educators with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide others.

Achievements
● Analyzed the performance of staff members using quality control analysis, individual evaluation and observations to ensure staff met international scuba standards, resulting in a 100% pass rate.
● Designed and developed eLearning by evaluating student feedback surveys, scores, and assessments, leading to 100% course completion and satisfaction.

● Conducted training needs analysis for 50+ staff members through surveys and interviews, resulting in tailored instructional events that were reviewed as ‘highly effective’ by 97% of staff and resulted in 25% increase in digital tool usage.
● Designed and tested Individual Plans of Success for over 4,000 students through needs assessments, gap analysis, and evaluating user feedback resulting in a top 8 ranking for my school district in the state of Kansas.
● Developed workplace aids and curriculum for 300+ staff members using district-mandated pacing guides and curriculum to restructure in-person learning events to fit online formats in under 30 days.
