Jennifer does an incredible job of engaging students in her learning events! She is flexible and open to making adjustments to learning, going above to research new and effective strategies.

​Jennifer works so hard for her students and I love when she shares the things she is doing with her students so other staff members can see them and use them as well! ​Remote learning has treated her well! She has done an amazing job in her role as a remote instructor.

Jennifer interacts positively with learners and monitors their learning closely. Her learning goals are clear, she facilitates full student participation, and seizes teachable moments to respond to student interests with rigorous learning tasks and effective instructional strategies. She holds herself and her students to high standards of conduct, and I am excited to see what else she will bring to our staff.

Jennifer has a strong understanding of her students and uses it to plan effective learning events. She also uses a great variety of resources. Jennifer creates a positive and caring environment, and gives the learners control as well as applying learning to real life settings. Her students work hard for her, and her passion for instructing is obvious! ​She engages all learners with her questioning techniques and gets them to truly engage with her curriculum. Her willingness to contribute in numerous areas while also furthering her education show growing and developing professionally is a strength of hers. She helps our culture be more positive and is an amazing leader and role model not only for her learners but also for our staff.
